VW has a new operation base

After a brief break to launch a few cars, VW is back at launching new centres

Volkswagen continues their expansion plans in 2017! VW had taken a break from cutting ribbons to launch a few new cars to maintain their competitiveness in the market and now they are back to opening more centres.

This new centre is located in Sungai Besi spans 75,181 square feet with two floors to allocate space for a showroom that has the capacity to display up to nine vehicles, 34 service bays to facilitate the after sales services. A total of 34 experienced certified technicians are hired to work on cars that enter the service centre.

Wearnes had invested a total of RM6 million to build the new facility. They hope that the centre will become a one-stop centre as the centre not only provides sales and aftersales services but repair, parts, body and paint, alignment and tyre along with air-conditioning services. For customer convenience, Wearnes has also included a modern waiting lounge equipped with cable TV and WiFi along with a new covered carpark as well.

The Volkswagen Sungai Besi centre’s sales floor operates from Monday to Sunday, while the aftersales and service bays, along with the Body and Paint shop closes on Sundays and public holidays.
