Presenting a new Commercial Vehicle Centre by Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia adds another service centre to their list, this time it is mainly for the Commercial Vehicles instead

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is proud to announce their sixth commercial vehicle service centre in the region. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has always led the industry in terms of after sale services, the company recorded one of the highest scores in the after sales ratings in the market. The opening of the new Commercial Vehicle 3S centre is a mark that they are not neglecting their CV sector either.


Located in the strategic commercial heaven of Telok Gong, Klang, the 3S centre is fully equipped to give the best sales, service and financial services for their customers both Mercedes-Benz and FUSO commercial services.


“As part of the Daimler truck division, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Commercial Vehicles, together with our partner, Hap Seng Commercial Vehicle, is pleased to present our latest Commercial Vehicle Centre in Klang. This new commercial vehicle centre is a testament to our commitment of providing first-class products, excellent service quality and comprehensive after-sales expertise in the area of customer-oriented transport solutions to our customers,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Vice President, Commercial Vehicles, Mr Albert Yee.

Named the Hap Seng Commercial Vehicle 3S Centre, Klang, the centre sits on 1 acre of land and provides both repair and maintenance services for all vehicles. A full team of administration and technical personnel are employed at the centre as well. Mercedes-Benz has high hopes that the centre is able to service up to 200 commercial vehicles per month.


This sixth HSCV centre will join the ever growing list of service centres under Mercedes-Benz. The extensive list already includes Kinrara, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Miri, and all caters to both Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and FUSO Commercial Vehicles. Mercedes are still planning on further expansion strategy in the coming years.
