Chevrolet’s plans to improve after sales services

Check out what Chevrolet is launching to improve their after sales service

To win over customers, Chevrolet has set their minds to creating a good after service to offer potential owners. In doing so, Naza Quest, the sole importer of Chevrolet cars in Malaysia, introduced the Chevrolet Complete Care programme to further provide more assistance to their efforts to improve the sales and aftersales service.

The Chevrolet Complete Care is a comprehensive approach to customer experience. Chevrolet promises that the CCC will deliver convenience, value, quality, transparency and peace of mind to both new and existing customers. The CCC includes a Comprehensive Vehicle Manufacturer Warranty, Complete Chevrolet Service, Fully Integrated Service Operating System, 24/7 Roadside Assistance and 24/7 Live Chat Customer Care Assistance.

Under the Comprehensive Vehicle Manufacturer warranty, all Chevrolet vehicles comes with a five-year or 200,000km warranty and Bumper to Bumper warranty. The Chevrolet 24/7 Roadside Assistance, aka Chevy Assist, will provide owners with services such as minor roadside repairs, 24-hours emergency on-site towing assistance, workshop referral and many more.

There is also Chevy Link, an Integrated Operation System where all information centres around the owner’s data. The system will coordinate with all services across the Chevrolet authorised dealership. The system will help increase productivity across all Chevrolet dealerships and help make the inventory processes faster and simpler.
