Volvo is increasing their customer’s holistic experience with them! Jerrica Leong.

Volvo Car Malaysia hopes to expand their services to customers in Sarawak with the help of Greatwall Group of Companies. Greatwall Group is Volvo Malaysia’s first service representative in Sarawak. Volvo hopes to extend its service network with two 2S centres located in Sibu and Kuching respectively with the help of Greatwall Group.

This plan to expand services to East Malaysia holds true to Volvo’s philosophy of “Designed Around You” which emphasises a holistic experience for our customers, from the design, performance and safety systems in their cars, to the quality of service Volvo provides.

Since the launch of the V40 and V40 Cross Country in the middle of last year, Volvo Car Malaysia has been actively improving its service offerings in Malaysia which included a revamp of its service module.
