Starting from today onwards, Toyota is adding more features without any numbers added on to the price. One thing to note though, the new features only comes with the Toyota Vios and Toyota Hilux. For now.

New to the Toyota Vios 1.5 TRD Sportivo and 1.5G variants, the new DVD-AVN (which stands for Audio-Video-Navigation), which is a Toyota genuine accessory, designed and developed by the Japanese carmaker, which is also offered in other markets. Installation is completed at UMV Toyota Motor’s Accessories Centre before delivery. The DVD-AVN features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a bucket of connectivity options including HDMI. There’s more in the bucket:
  • Reverse camera
  • Connect to the internet via smartphone, built-in browser allows you to surf the net; uses your mobile data
  • Miracast – mirror your smartphone through selected navigation apps
  • Operating system recognises hand-gestures, air-gestures and voice commands
Not forgetting the Toyota Vios 1.5E and Toyota 1.5J, the popular B-segment sedan now comes with the Toyota Premium Security & Solar Film. The film complies with JPJ’s regulations. It also cuts glare and solar heat with up to 99% UV rejection.
As usual, your Toyota dealership should be able furnish you with more information about this offer.
