Perodua Tweckbot is back for Chinese New Year

Get your Peroduas checked before making that long journey back to town!

For the sixth year running Perodua will be running their Tweckbot safety inspection programme in conjunction with Chinese New Year. The free 50-point safety check for Perodua vehicles had started an initiative by Perodua to engage its customers via social media back in 2011 and has now expanded to include official media outlets for greater reach.

The Tweckbot safety check includes an engine check, transmission check, coolant system (include coolant level as well as fan and temperature), brake system check (include brake fluid and brake pad wear), power steering system check, clutch system check, tyre check, suspension system check, electrical system check (include battery, lights and wiper checks) and engine diagnosis.

In addition to that a 20 per cent discount is given on parts and accessories to all those vehicles that returns to the Perodua service branches and dealers for the additional services as the on-ground Tweckbot team only carries out vehicle inspection.

This round of the Tweckbot safety check is held in conjunction with the Post-Chinese New Year migration. Perodua is encouraging all vehicle owners to send their cars to the Tweckbot team for checks before heading off on their journey back to town. The pre-CNY check started between 29th and 31st January 2016 which saw 123 Perodua vehicles inspected.

The next round will be held at Giant Muar Mall, Johor from the 19th to the 21st February 2016. Each inspection will take ten to 15 minutes to complete so please be patient everybody!

“This programme is our continued commitment towards giving our customers peace of mind by offering quality workmanship in all our products and services,” Aminar said. “We encourage our customers to follow our Facebook and twitter account to be alerted on the time and location of this convenience because here at Perodua – You Matter Most.”

Drive safe everybody!
