Welcome to Perodua Sentral

Perodua officially opens their flagship centre in PJ and you wouldn’t believe what they have installed in the centre!

If you’ve been around the vicinity of PJ you would have noticed a very huge Perodua centre setting up camp there. While business started since May, Perodua only just officially launched the centre on 4th September with important people like the Minister of International Trade and Industry, YB Dato’ Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Perodua Chairman, YBhg Tan Sri Asmat Kamaludin and the Road Transport Department Director General YBhg Dato’ Sri Ismail Ahmad in attendance.
The new flagship centre is dubbed “Perodua Sentral” and is a one-stop centre for its customers offering a wide range of services and conveniences. The centre operates on a “Mono-operation” methodology where both sales and service operations are combined into one seamless experience for its customers headed by an outlet manager.
Conveniences includes reminders to insurance renewals and even to keeping track of your Perodua reward points via our latest customer loyalty programme– UFirst. In other words everything related to the complete Perodua experience is cared for at the centre.
Other than that, the centre is also equipped with a café and an ATM machine should customers find the need to withdraw money. That’s not all, there is also a Pre-Owned Vehicle (POV) corner which offers service for customers who are looking to trade in their current vehicle for a new Perodua.
Perodua is also proud to say that the centre is the first Public-Private partnership arrange in the country with the opening of a mini Road and Transport Department counter within its premises. The compact carmaker isn’t about to stop there, they are even looking to include the Corporate and Government Sales Department to help facilitate fleet sales at the centre in the future as well.
The compact carmaker had invested a total of RM36 million to build and furnish their flagship centre and that price tag does not include the price of the 15,700 square metres of land. The centre embodies the brand’s promise to delight their customers and promises to continue improvements on their products and services in the future.
