Another Mercedes-Benz Autohaus starts its business!

Mercedes-Benz Cycle and Carriage Bintang TREC opens for business.

Cycle and Carriage Bintang is on a row! First the reopening of the upgraded Autohaus in Petaling Jaya, then the initiation of Autohaus in Penang now a brand new Autohaus situated right smack in KL.

Introducing the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Autohaus at TREC, Malaysia’s pioneering purpose-built lifestyle and commercial destination. The Autohaus measures in at 9373 square feet allowing the showroom floor to house seven showroom vehicles. The “haus” employs 16 employees who will work to bring customers the best premium experience.

Cycle and Carriage Bintang TREC will sport a slightly different look from the other Autohaus’ as the one in TREC is based on the latest in modern interior design and furnishing. The building will also include a private iShowroom lounge and exclusive bar and lounge as well as interactive signage.

Mercedes-Benz is calling the new Autohaus a City Store, which is a first of its kind that the marque hopes would offer a totally new customer experience designed to engage with the new and upcoming Mercedes-Benz fans.

“The urban, modern luxury concept of the city store underlines our ambition to lead, as the inventors of the automobile we are not only at the forefront of automotive technology, but in automotive retailing and customer experience. As our dealer network grows with the launching of the Mercedes-Benz City Store, so too does our ambition to create new experiences for our discerning customers,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Vice President Sales & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz Cars, Mark Raine.

Having invested RM4.3million in this truly unique new Autohaus, we are excited to show all our customers the latest and newest in what Mercedes-Benz has to offer. This Autohaus sets itself apart in appearance with black ceiling, wood finishing, multiple colors wallpaper and lights which amplifies the vibrancy of the brand, and the chosen location permits such loud interpretation.” said Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad, Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Wong Kin Foo.
