Keep track of your services with the My Hyundai Care mobile app

Hyundai Sime Darby Motors launches My Hyundai Care app and Hyundai Care Programme.

It is now easier for Hyundai owners to keep track with their car’s service schedule! Hyundai Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) launched their very own mobile app which was designed with an aim to provide customers with the convenience of obtaining automobile service on their mobile devices.
 
“Launching a mobile app is not only timely but necessary in this digital age where mobile technology has become a necessity,” said Mr Lau Yit Mun, Managing Director of HSDM. “With Hyundai’s very own app, accessing information and requesting for service is made so much more convenient on a mobile device. It also reduces the hassle of making a phone call to book a service and it also reduces human errors on our operations part,” added Mr Lau.
 
The app offers services such as Service Reminder with push notification, making a Service Appointment and even helps you to keep track of your Service History. If a Hyundai owner ever finds themselves stranded they can also log onto the app to access the SOS Call Function and activate the 24/7 roadside assist. That’s not all, Hyundai Owners will also be kept up to date of any new launches, service campaign and promotions as well as technical service campaign for relevant models.
In line with the launch of the app, HSDM also launched the “Hyundai Care Programme”, a revised periodic maintenance service schedule that will make car servicing more cost effective while reducing service time. The bad news is that the programme is only applicable to Hyundais sold in 2016.
 
The Programme includes three packages: Care Basic, Care Advance, Care Advance Plus; Care Basic offers replacement of engine oil, oil filter and oil plug gasket; Care Basic and Care Advance offers replacement of several other maintenance items such as air filter, brake fluid, air-cond filter, spark plug, and coolant. Meanwhile, the Care Advance Plus package caters to those who require major service with replacement of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), engine belting brake fluid and air-cond filter. (This package only applies to models sold currently).
